::The last half dozen times I have ordered a pizza from this location it has taken an hour if not longer. As I write this I'm waiting for a pizza that I ordered close to two hours ago. The only reason it's not one star is because the pizza does taste good and dominos corporate has made their lack of service right via coupons

::Stay away. I order online, app says ready for pick, I double park “ weekends no parking “ , and my pizza is not ready. I show them that I got notifications, and the answer was that the app is not always working right. I can’t wait in the store. I am double parked , and I ask them if they could let me know when it is ready. No, they can’t, they don’t control the app. I go out to my car, they promise me it will be ready in 5. Gave them 7, just to give them extra time, I pick up my pizza. Didn’t check the toppings, rushed to my car. In about ten min I open the pizza and one of my orders has only one topping. Forgot to put the other topping. Called them 4 times , they hang up 4 times, deliberately. I can hear the phone being picked up and getting slammed. They picked up on the fifth, guess I was keeping the phone busy and they figured they had to deal with me one way or another. Basically they told me to come back. I order pizza for convenience. This was not convenient. I didn’t go back, it was small stuff. But in the interest of the customers who read reviews, here you go.

::I ordered online, it says it’s on the way and after 40+ minutes it says delivered and completed, even though I didn’t get anything, not the pizza nor any phone call about it. It is happening for several times now. I always get my deliveries few hours late or not at all. We had to cancel our order several times in last few months. This time I drove to the store and the delivery person said he called me because I didn’t answer, even though it was not true. I got my order in the store after waiting for another 20 minutes.

::2 stars because what was right was okay. We placed our order and the app said our order was delivered. Checked the front door, it was not. It didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes after the app deemed it delivered. Could be an app error or our food got delivered to the wrong address and they corrected it before we could tell them it was wrong. Once we got it, we thought all was well until we opened the pizza and half of the pizza was missing dough/crust. There were toppings on the parts that had dough but there was literally a huge gaping hole in our pizza.

::Usually decent, but the quality has definitely slipped. The crust is bland now. Ordered a normal large today and it was basically thin crust, barley any sauce…. Wasn’t even as good as a frozen pizza…
