  The staff is efficient, the facility is clean, I just wasn't expecting the process to take so long. I would have preferred to have been told upfront that it would be a lengthy process. I was there nearly an hour before seeing the dentist, and there were several lapses of time with no explanation for the wait time. I was there for nearly four hours. Otherwise, no complaint with the outcome, I'm hopeful this won't be the norm.

  No waiting. I walked in and was greeted and led to the examining room and my experience was seamless. Everyone is professional and welcoming. I was in and out in an hour understanding what the next steps are to keeping my teeth healthy. Thank you Smile Theory!!

  Smile Theory cares about the dental health of their patients. They provide great recommendations, without being pushy. Totally recommend!

  I would highly recommend Dr. Alex at Smile Theory. She explains everything so well and does a great job making me feel comfortable to ask questions. I also like that I’m usually in and out in a timely manner. All staff I’ve interacted with have been really professional.

  I had some dental work done yesterday at Smile Theory. Dr. Alex was awesome. My experience was great and Dr.Alex is very professional and kind. Always fun and positive. Smile Theory takes care of my teeth and any dental needs I may need. I especially appreciate the detailed care and information to keep my teeth healthy and clean. Thank you Smile Theory.
