::The staff is efficient, the facility is clean, I just wasn't expecting the process to take so long. I would have preferred to have been told upfront that it would be a lengthy process. I was there nearly an hour before seeing the dentist, and there were several lapses of time with no explanation for the wait time. I was there for nearly four hours. Otherwise, no complaint with the outcome, I'm hopeful this won't be the norm.
