  I love that it's a full body workout! I especially love that there's been a lot of focus on the the "swimsuit" areas. Also, once I find the beat to the music, it makes it a lot more fun!

  Allison is a fabulous instructor. She keeps the class moving. Thoroughly enjoyed my first class.
