  I have taken classes from Mary twice weekly for over ten years. Each class begins with an assessment of my overall physical well being and then she determines the appropriate movements, utilizing a combination of disciplines, that are best suited to benefit me on that day. Usually I do a variety of Pilates, yoga and Gyrotonics, often with some Thai massage, during my one hour sessions. Mary is very knowledgeable about anatomy and rehabilitative therapies and worked well in coordination with PT following both of my shoulder surgeries. My overall strength and balance continue to improve. I have NEVER had a class that was repetitive or boring. Her classes are hard work but she is patient and creative in adapting to any physical restrictions. Helpful hint: whining has no effect on her. Give her a call-you won't regret it!

  i have experienced Pilates like sweet gym were my joints are more flexible. I have less pain and this enables me to be more active. Mary Hill is a very patient and perceptive teacher.
