  These guys are bull**** Especially the old guy who sells without informing about return policy. I bought a pillow for $140 which i am not comfortable with , and he wouldnt help me to return it. I would never recommend buying pillows from sleep number. I bought a nice comfortable pillow from tempur pedic with very good customer service.

  Stand alone location means you can take your time and test each bed without being distracted by nosy people looking in from the mall. Sales staff greets you, makes recommendations based on your needs and then leaves you alone until you need them.
