  Had a bad experience with them they delivered a $3600 teak table with a board spliced in but misaligned and sticking up. Working with customer service but they just ignore you. Don’t buy from this company...

  My boyfriend went in to buy a 1000 dollar gazebo at 8:30 & the lady who worked there refused to let him pay cash because she had already closed out the drawer for cash.. she was willing to let us take our purchase somewhere else. Terrible customer service if you want to have loyal customers..

  I just love their "Patio" furniture sets and "Christmas" decorations. I wish they open their traditional stores again. It's worth paying for quality merchandise. Staff is helpful and polite.

  I don't think I will be purchasing another item from this company. We bought a $1000 outdoor canopy AND the insurance to cover it. 5 months later the canopy is in pieces and both Fortunoff and the insurance wont return calls or emails. NEVER AGAIN!
