  Went in tonight to try out a sleep number bed and Lewis was so amazing!!!! Highly recommend going here even if you are happy with your old mattress!!!! 10 stars!!!!!

  I purchase one of their top of the line duel pillow top king adjustable bed and mattress along with mattress pad and two sheet sets. I did not realize the bed was faulty until it started ripping the mattress pad and both sheet sets. one side if the bed pulls to the outer edge causing strain on the mattress pad and sheets. I called customer service and they just sent out another mattress pad which is also ripping in the center as well. This bed has a lifetime warranty but what they fail to mention in the store is that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get someone to come look at a bed that was a factory defect from the beginning. I paid over $7000 for this bed and $$$ on the sheet sets as well. I cant buy new sheet sets because they will just rip too. I have tried customer support and BBB with no help unless I pay hundreds of dollars more just to have them come look at a bed that came out of the factory defected. I feel like a bought a brand new car from a crocked dealership that plugged the radiator leak before they sold me the car. Now I am stuck with ripped sheets and have to hand adjust my $7000 bed every time I move the top up or down. If you have money to blow I guess its ok but I just had neck surgery right after I purchased this bed and thought it would have been something helpful for after the surgery. Read the fine print and observe your bed often for this type of hidden issue! I have attached pictures so you know what to look for.

  Bought a adjustable bed here in June. The sales staff was awful after purchase and calling customer service was not much better. Confusion and ineptness abounds. Customer services was just incompetent, the sales staff in the store was incompetent and rude. This is a higher end store and you would expect better service and knowledge. I would rather go to Walmart. I will never go here again. Thank goodness I did not get a mattress here because any needed information or service would be awful. Stay Away! Buy these items at another store and another company altogether.
