  Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Salvador. I had done some research on a specific bedroom set prior to my visit today and wanted to check it out in person. The set was gorgeous and very well made and they were running a special which gave me $200 off the bed itself. I showed Salvador the online price of the chest of drawers which was lower than the in store price, he had no problem honoring that. The whole experience was very easy and stress free, which was not what I thought it was going to be. (And not what I’ve experienced with other stores). I would return to Ashley’s without hesitation and would absolutely recommend them to other people. Salvador made the experience so easy and was a pleasure to work with!

  Let me just start by saying that Alex gave me the best experience of my life! I was very overwhelmed with moving to my new apartment in such a short time period. I was so impressed with Alex’s ideas for my space and his impressive knowledge about furniture and maxing my space...also who knew that that good mattress can change your life? Alex, that’s who! Well done Ashely’s on this hire...he has made me a loyal customer for life!!!-

  Eric made the process of purchasing a quality mattress and bed, one that was enjoyable. Not only did he actively listen to my desires, but he immediately addressed my concerns. His ability to connect and be transparent about policies and procedures was admirable. He earned my trust and we will continue to be an Ashley's customer due to our encounter with Eric.

  This was our first visit to Ashley HomeStore. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. We were immediately greeted by Joseph. He introduced himself and asked what we were looking for and gave us all the information needed without being overtly pushy. He even gave us an additional $50 off just for demoing a bed! We will definitely be back for any future home furnishing needs!

  Great experience. Alex was superb! We were immediately greeted upon entry. The first good thing I noticed about Alex (in addition to being polite & energetic), was the fact that he “listened” to our ideas instead of “telling” us what we want. He has a great knowledge of showroom inventory, so therefore he was able to offer numerous options. Product price and pricing options were clearly explained. The most notable quality about Alex is his patience. He showed extreme patience us while ensuring my 85 year old Mom was comfortable with her selections, and also made sure she understood the process. Outstanding Job!
