  The room is ok. Small it with nice views. I booked the hotel looking for a pool in ny because of the warm nice weather and when I got here they said the pool was closed and opened only during weekends. No matter the 28 degrees Celsius ... while checking in they offered me and my husband to have a drink st night at the social club so after dinner we went back specially for that. But the night stuff told us the bar doesn’t belong to the hotel and that we had to go and try to get in ,and they couldn’t do anything about it. All of the stuff tells you a different thing and with all the hotels around NY to choose, I’ll go some where else next time. La habitación ok. Pequeña pero limpia y la vista muy linda. Reserve este hotel por la piscina y a pesar de que estamos a 28 grados está cerrada y solo abren el fin de semana. Con Eda información me hubiera Ido a otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check in nos comentaron del Social club y nos ofrecieron bajar a que nos den sellos para poder entrar y a la noche cuando volvimos de cenar especialmente para ir al social club que nos habían ofrecido, nos dicen que no es del hotel y que ellos no nos pueden hacer entrar. Un empleado te dice una cosa y otro otra. Nadie se hace cargo de nada ... hay tanta hoteleria para elegir en ny que por supuesto no vuelvo.

  Love the rooms! Fantastic views of the city through floor to ceiling windows, which you can open, and I love fresh air in hotel rooms. Beautiful design, clean, and very friendly staff. Very comfortable low profile beds, and their higher end three counts are delightfully cozy. Moody, romantic, and interesting.

  The hotel is acceptable for the price. What’s nice is that there’s a restaurant (Blue Ribbon) on the 2nd floor which is really good. Overall above average hotel.

  Good location but Poor service, and everything in the room is low quality and cheap. Possibly part of the reason streams of water started leaking from the ceiling ventilation at 3am. Manager provided an insulting $25 credit. You're better off with an AirBnB in the area.

  This is not a boutique or luxury hotel. Don't pay more than 250-300$ max per night and it's OK, but I have seen that they advertise their rooms for 450$+ and that's ridiculous. The interior appliances are cheaply made (the hotel is new, but you can already see wear and tear). Everything seems trimmed on efficiency. Neither the staff nor the guests are cool or hip like at the standard or dream hotels. The pool closes at 7pm and doesn't open before 10 which makes it useless for business travelers. On the upside the beds are comfortable. Judge for yourself.
