  A very unprofessional experience. The type of service you would expect from an unauthorized auto dealer. Unless you are driving off the lot the same day DONT waste your time. They actually SOLD me a vehicle, sent the sales invoice to my bank, advised me to insure the car before I could pick it up, my banks sends them a check, they call me hours later (an hour before i was going to pick up the car) and says “we sold your car” “but we have another vehicle similar to the one we sold you.” Never in the history of buying cars have i experienced something so unprofessional.

  Very nice sitting area. Wait isn't too long helpfully staff. Excellent service. Totally satisfied.

  My car started making a funny sound underneath the chassis while we were on Henry Hudson Parkway. I was driving from NYC to Boston with my daughter. Found City World Toyota Service on Google. We were greeted by Lewis De La Cruz. He was warm and friendly and help reduce my anxiety right away. He later brought me over to the car to show that I have a ton of plastic wrapped around my drive shaft. The mechanic was also very friendly and meticulously remove the plastic using a razor blade. I told my daughter that we really received excellent service that day. It happened on 4/9/2018.
