  I had an accident with my 2003 car and Called City World Hyundai because I couldn't spend a day without a car and in a matter of hours I walked out of there with the perfect car for me and my family. Thank you, Julissa Taveras for not only ensuring all my desire were met while making this important decision but also for helping me save so much money. Definitely the best team ever there, they just don't want to sell any car they make sure they sell you your dream car. Ms. Taveras energy and enthusiasm really made my day. I walked out of there stress free and with a gigantic smile in my new car.

  Purchasing a car is a major life event , Its very exciting and can become overwhelming. I must say i had a great experience at City World Hyundai, the representatives were knowledge , friendly and most importantly patient. The financing was a major deal breaker for me , the finance representative was amazing . I was able to walk out with a beautiful car without going over budget Ramon Tavarez did a fantastic job .   TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE LIARS AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SELL/LEASE YOU A CAR AT THE PRICE THEY WANT MANIPULATING YOU INTO THINKING THEY RE OFFERING YOU THE BEST DEAL EVER They harrassed me for weeks wanted me to end my lease earlier assuring me they d pay my last 3 months so I could get a new car... Now I have a bill on my previous car and the service is terrible You try calling them to discuss the matter they re nasty and pretend to be busy...never call back.... Do not do business w them You ll regret it!

  Came here looking for a miracle worker & I found 2. First I was greeted by my salesman Wally Ventura which I must say he was all around great, patient & understood exactly what it was I wanted & needed and got it for me. Then I met with Tony Kim the finance manager, what can I say he’s the number god 🤣 he definitely made it happen for me with that loan, broke it down step by step made me feel very comfortable and at ease. This car buying experience was handled by pure professionals and I highly recommend City World Hyundai in the Bronx.. Thank u guys again

  Had the best experience of my life. Came here to purchase my first car and felt like I made the best decision of my life. Briant my sales guy did an amazing job listening to what it is I wanted and why my budget was. He found several cars in my range and he made this process a breeze. Tony is like the magician he got me covered and again worked with my budget. He explained everything and was very honest. I left feeling comfortable and at peace with my decision. I would recommend City World Hyuandi to anyone. The staff there are AMAZING!!!!!
