  An absolutely awful banking institution. I find it particularly ironic that its called Silicon Valley Bank given that their online services are offered in a format that offers the ease of use of a operating system designed in 1975. They have virtually no physical locations, so you have no choice but to use their terrible online platform that is of amateur quality compared to any conventional bank. When you try to deposit checks, the phone app may not be able to perform the deposit, and you'll have to send a check through the mail and wait several days before it even (hopefully) reaches their bank. Simple transactions can take forever to conduct. I am extremely disappointed in this banking institution.
