::Location to everything is great. Staff is friendly. There were some items that needed to be brought up to the room that should've been there already. But prompt in service. Also.. pool hours could be extended..

::I never give bad reviews and will most likely keep my comments to myself if I ever experience bad customer service but this time, it’s warranted. Our stay was extremely disappointing and from the minute we tried to check in, to the time we checked out, was a complete disaster. They really.. really need to have their employees trained in customer service and how to speak to people without being rude or condescending. I still can not even wrap my brain around the way we were treated for a mistake that the front counter people made, that was not intentional and could have been easily resolved, but was handled very poorly and was escalated into a huge inconvenience and disappointed for the money that was spent for the room. Unfortunately, I will never stay at a Sheraton again.

::I attended a professional meeting about technology. This involved a tutorial and using the WiFi heavily. The network was very stable and supported our high demands. The staff was great. Breakfast and lunch were also delicious. I would definitely go back again.

::The hotel was clean. Very nice room. The food was great when the chef was working but I was there for 10 days and I could tell when he was not working. The lobby had coffee all morning and usually hot cider in the afternoon what more could you want. The TV could use some more channels for sure and the internet needs a speed boost.

::The room was clean and conveniently arranged. A sitting area included a refrigerator and microwave, both of which we used. I especially was thankful for the Keurig and coffee which always begins my day. All staff were polite and even cheerful. This was not our first stay here, nor will it be our last.
