::This place was really nice and we had a nice view. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the awesome staff and a wonderful fragrance. I was to tired to sit at the bar, but it looked nice walking past it. My wife did grab us drinks and they were perfectly mixed!!! This hotel is also in a great location and you're within walking distance of a lot of things you might need. I would recommend this place and we plan on returning here. We utilized the valets service and they did a great job!

::This hotel is overpriced for what you receive. My sheets had the grossest stain where it was abundantly clear they were never changed before we checked into our room. I told the front desk and nothing was done to rectify the disgusting situation. I have called three times to receive an itemized bill as they’ve charged my credit card two times for the same one night stay, and still have not received the bill. There are so many better options in town with staff that takes decent care of their guests, so I’d suggest you go there and not this hotel.

::Great hotel for a company event. Hotel Staff was friendly. Loved the market inside but it was very pricey. Rooms were good only real issue was a request I made. I asked to have connecting rooms and they failed to tell me there were not 2 rooms that both had 2queen beds that connected nor was there any king / 2 queens unless I upgraded for $80 per night I was there. If I would have been told that prior I could have made different plans. Team time is important and we missed out on a lot of it because of this. But for the overall corporate event it was great.

::Pros: Location is why you stay here, downtown art district located near everything. Restaurants are pretty good, actually for hotel lobby joints they are fantastic. Plenty of good places to eat. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at three different places and all were great. Front desk and wait staff are polite and extremely helpful. Cons: Rooms looked nothing like the photos they showed. They were decent but no where like photos. Shower pressure was usable, but barely. AC was terrible. Set lower and lower yet room never got below 74. People trying to push the shuttle service were very pushy not wanting to be told no. Repeatedly telling me they were cheap and so on despite me saying I already had a Uber on the way. Fridges seem to have a pretty high fail rate. 2/4 rooms I've stayed in had broken fridges which led to food being thrown out multiple times. Overall, the location and company rates is why I keep coming back. It's not a bad experience and the rates are good (company rates $176 or round about).

::We came for the room. Which was great. Clean, and simple design. The food options at the hotel were alright. We ate the Pallet the first night since it was convenient. That is the only reason I don't give it a five. The food was not exactly cheap, and while it looked nice it was a bit bitter for the shrimp and grits. Not bad, but not great. Room had a nice view, and was well taken care of though which was what mattered to us the most.
