  Stopped by the shell gas station today. Inside they have SUBWAY'S SANDWICHES. Good spot to grab some gas and a sub with coffee. Excellent Double meat subs available.

  Employee walked to the door and locked it as we were walking up to the door at 12:40 today to come in. We are a family with two small children who needed to use the restroom and get some snacks. This is NOT open 24 hours! The employee just walked back to the register and stood there, ignoring us.

  Poor service. Sign said open 24 hrs. Lights on and attendant car clearly in parking lot. No attendant and doors locked at 2am.

  This shell is typically higher prices than all the others in the area. Up the road in Crofton its much cheaper , even the one near Bowie high-school is cheaper. Mind you they are less than 3 miles apart. The pumps are 24 hours, the snack shop is not. Early mornings and after midnight its locked, even though employees are present. During the day these issues aren't occurring but at night in the late nights don't expect snacks, bathroom breaks anything.

  There needs to be an ability to give NO stars. Their carwash damaged my new car yesterday and when I told the attendant about it he was rude and said they are not responsible for any damages. This is not the end of this. Will never go there again for anything.
