  Twice I took my car to them, twice I ended up paying more than twice the quoted price due to the mechanic breaking a part during Removal. Just had to spend another 700 because the part he broke and then replaced (charging me for it BTW) was installed improperly and broke again. I would sincerely urge you to avoid taking your car here if you can help it.

  in my opion scam artist stay away one star because you have to do at least one star to post a review. they are not ethical. Typical sterotypical mechanics we fixed your car that will be 1000$ pleas cost them 50$ if your ok with that take your car there icaught them red handed a couple of times before i learned my lesson

  I recently had my Toyota fixed here 7/14/17, they were very polite and called with a price I thought was quite high for an alternator repair $599 but I needed my car working. They didn't fix the alternator correctly and failed to put the serpentine belt on the right way. Long story short I almost died on the highway because my car stopped working. I couldn't even steer it. They would not help fix the car, despite the fact that this problem is all their fault and we're very nasty about the whole situation. My children and I could've died due to this horrific mistake their mechanic made.

  They are always friendly when I go in and their work is always done in a timely manner.

  I was a regular customer until today. My friend to whom i highly recommended to go there was treated super rude, like they doing her a favor. Plus she WAS NOT TOLD THE PRICE FOR SERVICE until later. So my friend had to pay double what she used to pay. Also when i called and tried to explain that they provided poor customer service , Rose (the owner) was very defensive and tried to prove me wrong. That was the last time im using them
