  Fast, delicious, easy. The employees mumble a bit but the pad thai is wonderful. New favorite for Chinese. Great aesthetic. Cheap and fast food.

  Nasty, nasty, nasty, managers were horrible. Disrespectful not much else to say. Business owner will never recommend to professionals.

  I usually don’t write reviews, but this is necessary. I’m so upset tonight because of the way my family was handled at Shanghai Mama’s. My mother’s order was completely wrong and she called to inform them. The “manager” basically stated in that my mother was lying, as if to imply that we just wanted to get free food! She was then told that she couldn’t do anything for her!!! The “manager” hung up on her MULTIPLE times and this finally forced me to drive back to the restaurant (25 minutes away). When we got back to the restaurant, she was very very rude, condescending and insulting. She made it seem as though our money wasn’t green, just like hers! Our family will NEVER EVER spend another penny there!! Stay away if you want good customer service!!!!!

  Will never order from them again, I live in North College Hill and I ordered $60 worth of food, got home order was wrong, called to get a credit, white lady Manager was disrespectful, she is racist, she was rude on the phone but when I went back she tried to play the victim, the food is low quality and disgusting, they can never get my money. Tokyo in Tri- County has better quality food and respectful to their customers. She threatened me with the police, because I was African American, if I was Caucasian she would have Never treated me that way. I had to give one star. Shanghai used to have excellent food years ago.

  As a first time visitor, it was truly great. Massive selection of food choices, that taste great, and even has a full bar! I would highly recommend! It would've received a 5-star had the server not needed reminded about getting drinks and forgot an appetizer. In his defense it was packed and a little hectic.
