  One of the best steaks we have had! Everything about our experience here was wonderful. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and quickly approached by our server who was very friendly. We both went with the Ruth's classic which is a 3 course meal starting at $57. It is a phenomenal deal! I started with a Cesar salad, then a 6oz filet with shrimp and mashed potatoes, ending with bread pudding for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly and I could cut it with just a fork. Only downfall is parking- it is in the downtown area so you must pay to park and will likely have to walk a bit.

  We had a reservation at 6:45 we were seated promptly by two gentleman hosts that were nice. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Our server Pete was nice but very slow and it took over a half hour to get our food and the salad was served with the steak and all the side portions everyone ordered including salad were way to big! You should definitely share anything you order here and expect to wait. The bread was delicious on a positive note and my husband steak was cooked perfectly as well as the birthday treat was appreciated. Maybe try to speed up timing a little or try a few half size portion options for those that want to eat a smaller amount. As far as personable feel would have been nice to see management wander around or make sure everything was good from time to time with the price you are paying.

  I came to Ruth Chris to celebrate a special anniversary for me with my niece. My experience with Ruth Chris was absolutely beautiful. The host and hostess when I 1st walked in the door were friendly welcoming, kind and beautiful. My server David was Knowledgeable about the special and what was in the menu. He made sure every question had an answer and he was attentive to our needs. Lastly, the food was so delicious. It was brought out in a timely manner it was hot tasteful and just absolutely delightful. This was my 1st time to Ruth Chris. I had been trying to get there for the longest. I will be back to this one.. Thank you for having quality service and food

  Spent my birthday here with my man and a few friends. The atmosphere was beautiful but fyi there is kind of a dress code (if you want to dine in with a ball cap on you have to sit on the lower level or take your hat off to go upstairs NO BIGGIE), our servers deserve 10 stars for their hospitality, the food was delicious I ordered lamb chops with sweet potato casserole.. My reasoning for 3 stars is because of the EXPENSIVE PRICE!!! Just for two our bill was $194 don’t get me wrong the food and service was wonderful but come on with that price! I’ve had plenty of delicious restaurant experience for half of that price sheeeeesh… probably won’t return

  We spent our anniversary at this New Orleans based restaurant. The wait staff was outstanding! I wish I could say the same for the food. The presentation was wonderful but I found myself reaching for the salt shaker too many times. From the apetizers to the entree of sea bass (served in a plate of sizzling butter) to the petite filet..both my husband and I felt that the meal was INCREDIBLY expensive for very little flavor. Again, the hostess, our waitress ( I think she was new), and other servers, were very hospitable. In all fairness, we did not tell our waitress about our displeasure because we ordered a lot of food and we kept thinking that the next dish would be better. I enjoyed my anniversary with my husband but was disappointed with the food.
