  I am new to the world of wrist watches and was in need of a jeweler/watchmaker that I can build a relationship with and trust to work on all of my investments so I googled watch repair services within the area and Shami came up with a 5 star review. Reviewing all the comments as you probably are right now I was skeptical and wanted to see how good they are myself and boy let me tell you I will be back to have my Rolex serviced here. They go above and beyond answering any questions and making sure that I was comfortable before any service is done which I value in any company. Big shout out to Adam who is going to be my MVP every time I stop by! Seriously talk to the guy and you'll see what I am talking about. I can go on but the point is if you have an issue with your watch, you go to Shami's, "it's what you do".

  I'm very pleased to be writing this review for Shami Fine Watchmaking. My initial interactions with the phone and in-person receptionists were extremely pleasant. Adam quickly presented himself to discuss my issue upon my arrival to the store/shop (as an FYI, it's located on the third floor of an office building next to Willowbrook Mall). He then kindly pressed in a crystal for me for a vintage watch for which I was lacking the right press. With a smile, he refused to charge me for it, and requested instead that I write a supportive review for the business. For such excellent customer service, gladly! This was the sort of competent and customer service-oriented watchmaking shop for which I had been looking in the area. I'm glad to have found it. I look forward to having my watches serviced here.

  I give them 5 stars because they are trust wrote people,you don’t have to worried about these watch makers trying to stiff you for extra money. They are fantastic at what they do. Check them out.
