  My truck broke down and I had to leave it in the parking lot. Someone tried stealing my truck out of the parking lot. The ownership or management took the time out to go back and look on their cameras to see if they could see who tried to steal my truck. Very nice people that work there.

  My husband wanted to upgrade my engagement ring setting. We went to Gallo Jewelry and were helped initially by Rudi and Ceylan. First they have a beautiful selection and they Provided honest feedback about how my diamond would fit in certain settings. I placed an order for a custom halo ring setting that would fit my diamond. They had it ready within a week and it's absolutely STUNNING! Fatima was also a pleasure to deal with for the second part of my transaction. She provided us with an updated appraisal for my new setting and also for my wedding band (which she didn't have to do). They also cleaned my wedding band and my husbands wedding band. They went above and beyond and I'm so excited to have my ring just in time for my birthday celebration. I am extremely pleased with Gallo Jewelry from beginning to end. Thank you so much!!!!
