  Awesome place, pool is always kept clean, common area for the restroom and rec room is clean. Nice trailer park for any and all travelers. They also have a gate that closes and remains so through the night. Awesome people that run it and makes it worth every penny

  Great location in the heart of Tucson. Pool was ice cold even on a 93 degree day. No showers. But it was clean and safe. Folks were friendly. All the hook-ups worked. Would definitely stay again.

  Good RV place right in Tucson. Right off I-10 and Easy access to downtown by car or by bike. Park is right on Tucson's bike loops. Only 4 stars cuz it is basically a parking lot.

  We stayed for one month in a Class A. The management is awesome. Park is small but close to everything and that's what we loved about the park. Looking forward to returning to this park.

  We travel in an RV without a car - just bicycles to get around. Tucson is so bike friendly with over 500 miles of bike paths in the city. This park is 2 minutes from a path that will take you anywhere you want to go. In 15 minutes we were in the heart of downtown. Across the street is a grocery and hardware store - so convenient. Lots to do. Staff is very attentive and work hard to keep the place clean, tidy, and safe. We would go back again and again.
