  My family has lived in this park for 10+ years and everyone is so amazing and, well, Friendly! Grandpa said this was his favorite, and now so does my mom. Neat, clean, well loved and inviting community.

  This mobile home park is like stepping back in time 40-50 years. I think that it's great! Everyone keeps their homes up like new. The landscaping is customized, and well done. The like new clubhouse has everything you'd be expecting and more. The pool is heated year round. The hot tub is enclosed like a gigantic gazebo,with bug screen. All the residents are very nice. The vibe if this place is very laid-back and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mobile home.

  Friendly Village. A 55 and over gated mobile home park. A decent 50 or 60 yr old park in an OK area of town. Spend any amount of time there and your childhood dreams of what adulthood was going to be like will be shattered. Get a job, get married, have some kids, grow to be a wise adult, etc... There's a group of residents and management, that like to make sure that you do what they want you to do, come to the right activities, landscape your yard how they want it, blah, blah, blah. Wise? No wiser than a 16 year old. Lie, cheat or ? Whatever means necessary to get you out of "their" park.8 or 10 years ago this was a nice place. 6 to 8 people can bring a place like this down.
