This is the place where Herbie Hancock's "Rockit" was recorded. Originally receiving funding from Brian Eno, Bill Laswell was instrumental in the early days of this noteworthy studio. They have since acquired the basement area below the original mixing room. It's a massive live room with tons of potential.

Was very satisfied with the final product, the space has amazing natural reverb. However, without telling us, when we had never met yet in life, Jason started setting up before we got there, which he said was industry standard and charged us for that extra hour, and said we must not understand how studios work. Our bandmates were stuck in traffic and arrived one hour late anyway, so he didn't actually save us any time. Then Jason said he could have charged us 1.5 hours, so he was still "doing us a favor." Obviously, he just wanted to go home early. Kind of ridiculous to think your customers are that stupid. So we only got five hours being there physically, while we paid for six. So at least one star off for that, shame on you!
