  Awesome service, great and friendly staff made everything perfectly. I will highly recommend this Sprint store in Brooklyn, New York.

  Omg they never pick up the phone but yet they are open.what hell!who runs a business like this.

  Wish I could put 0 stars... They lost my business to the Sprint store on 7th Ave. I went at 10:15, but the door was locked. It was supposed to open at 10. I called the store and they said they were open. Seems like the door should be unlocked if they're open.... An employee was in the store and didn't unlock the door after I tried it a couple of times then waited out front. I've never been to any retail store that didn't want my business, but they sure seemed like they didn't want any business.

  Arrived 6:30 and store hour says closes at 7 and even when i arrived at store their was a sign said sunday close at 7 I see a worker inside but already has door close at 6:30 im guessing to make sure no one enters till 7
