::Excellent...Excellent...Excellent... Ordered both a Sofa, recliner and Kitchen Table with Stools. Absolutely Beautiful. We were pleased with the way Jennifer assisted us with coordinating the colors for both pieces. She helped us match up all of our colors in the living room walls, the rug, kitchen wood floors and Kitchen cabinets. Many thanks to Jennifer and the Seigerman's Furniture for all their assistance and patience's.

::Most Unprofessional & messed up store, I ordered a sofa set in June & till December there giving me a run around , when I call they keep on putting me in loops and never give a straight answer, The sales rep lied to us and took an order stating it’ll be here in 8-10 Weeks but it’s over 18 Weeks and still nothing. I suggest everyone to NOT GO HERE THERE ALL LIERS !!! BEWARE BEWARE

::We ordered a sectional the first week of September last year and were given an estimate of about 6-8 weeks. After numerous delays, the sectional was finally ready to be delivered after 13 weeks.....or so we thought. Turns out the manufacturer made a mistake and sent one of the wrong pieces (I suspect that Siegerman's entered the order incorrectly and it was their fault, not their manufacturer, but I'll never know for sure). Siegerman's took zero responsibility and kept trying to shift blame to their manufacturer. They finally eased up on this nonsense after I pointed out to them that THEY were the ones that took our (large) deposit - not their manufacturer. They also kept trying to get us to take the piece that they got by mistake and not the one we ordered, even though we were very clear we had no interest in this - we wanted what we ordered (crazy, right?). Overall, I feel that they handled everything very unprofessionally. We had them deliver the majority of the sectional, since we were sick of having no furniture and this was at least better than nothing, and they said that they'd "expedite" getting the missing piece shipped. Fast forward a few weeks and predictably, the final piece wasn't ready when they said it would be. After numerous delays and more lies, We FINALLY got the final piece the first week of March, a full 25 WEEKS after our order (perhaps their 6-8 week estimate should have said 6-8 months instead). As for the sectional itself, it is very nice. It really is a well-made and comfortable piece of furniture, and we're very happy with the sectional itself. It's just that every other part of our experience with this company was ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. If you want nice furniture at a reasonable price, and don't mind rolling the dice in regards to whether you'll have it within the year (please be skeptical of their 6-8 week estimates, which I think they know they're not going to meet and I consider to be a bait-and-switch tactic), then go with Siegerman's. Personally, they won't be seeing any more business from us, our friends, or our family.

::Furniture base arrived broken. Nice furniture but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Advised to keep furniture and they would replace the base of the drawers. It's been 4 calls and 5 months now AND still no base! When you FINALLY get to customer service I was told they have the piece and don't know why I didn't receive it yet! I didn't receive it yet because no one put it in for delivery/fix It!
