  Had a great experience buying stools for my kitchen. David guided us through the correct height and style. He knows the best products and offers excellent advice for your needs. I would definitely recommend going to Designer’s Choice first.

  I bought 7 expensive chairs 5+ years ago. I had an issue with the gliders falling off and scratching the hard wood floors. After some time, some gliders were missing and I could no longer use the chairs. My wife went there and they said they were sorry, the glider part was no longer used with those chairs and that they were no longer available and that there was nothing they/I could do. It was a $3000 purchase and that was it, sorry! Well, I went back there today, first they asked if I had the paper work. I did not and they do not keep their records on a computer. I needed to provide the date I bought the chairs for them to look up in their paper files to see the exact chair model. I didn't know when I bought them so they couldn't help. Next they said, if I had purchased a warrenty, it would be covered. (Even thought the chair was discontinued?) But again, I was out of luck becuase I needed the piece of paper they gave me when I purchased the warrenty because again, it would not be in their computer. Admittedly, I was pretty irrate at this point. I then pointed out the chair that looked exactly like the one I purchased that was in their showroom, and they were correct, the manufacurer does makes it now with a different glider that doesnt fall off. I asked for the manufacture's name and number, they gave me the name (Amisco) and told me to Google it! Well, I got home and did just that. Turns out the company is based in Canada. Got their number, called them and in 15 minutes, the person confirmed exactly what chair I had, what parts I needed, and that they still had them in stock! No less their cost was $0.25 each! To think this place is happy to make a $3000 sale but doesn't have the goodwill to help you when you need it is absurd! All they needed to do was pick up the phone and call the manufacturer to find out the part was in fact available! I wasn't asking to give me the part for free, just to get it for me. My wife and I talked to two different people on two different days, and got the same "sorry I can't help you" response. That's not a place I would do business with again........Fit of rage??? Very easy to falsely acuse, but feel free to show anyone the tape! You have my written permission. And you were of absolutely no help, nor was your 20 year old worker. Like I said, great service when your paying for the product but absolutely nothing afterwards. As, I said, my wife was in a month before and YOU turned her away saying NOTHING other than "they don't make that anymore! Couldn't even pick up the phone to check! ANd they do make it!! You should know the products you sell! Also, in 'how wonerdful you were' in locating the information, only after I pushed the subject and for what it's worth, your still selling the same seat!! You didn't have any records! Thank goodness you had the seat or I would be completely out of luck! Like I said, it wasn't about selling parts! Both you and your assistant did NOTHING other than turn us away on seperate occasions offering NO help, NO information. And only because I spoke up did I get what I needed. NO THANKS TO YOU! Most would have left your store with nothing, thats NOT customer service.

  I just bought 4 pub style chairs from this place. David was just the nicest guy and very helpful. Also, the prices were great and they have the largest selection that I’ve seen. And I was able to take them home with me today. So I excited to have my new chairs. They are very well made, very sturdy and they look great. Thanks David! I highly recommend you and your store.
