  I had my buyer denied twice for a ITIN Loan. The first denial ,my buyer accepted responsibility for not having the tax transcripts ready. Once she received them, she decided to continue working with them since they have started her file. Now we get a second denial two days before contract close day just because her transcripts seem to show the taxes were filed late. Not willing to make any exceptions . There was never any genuine-heartfelt effort to help this nice lady after 2 appraisals and 2 termite inspection she had to pay out of pocket. 🤦‍♂️😡

  No customer service. Don’t bother trying to call. I called for an hour and got nowhere.

  Disrespectful, full of attitude, and assumptions. Not even sure they understand the banking process. I understand this is a small bank but pls all banks are supposed to work the same. Someone had used my card to make a purchase, and instead of trying to fix the problem, they told me it was my problem and it must be a monthly charge I'm not aware of. Sad they rather make excuses than do their job and open a dispute.
