  I guarantee you that one of the 3 drive-thru ATMs at this location will be out of service during your visit && I guess customers can no longer access their money after dark as the ATMs were off && card access disabled for in-store atm use🤦🏽‍♀️

  Outside ATMs don’t work on weekends. Horrible customer service. You go to a local branch for service and they refer you to the app. Which is worst since you have a wait long hours before getting a response so they can tell you no

  I went to this location at 2337 South Cicero on 01/26/23, I was disturbed by the tellers behavior. My mom who is a senior went up to the teller to make a transaction was asked for her PIN number. I told my mother no, do give your number to anyone. The teller looked at me and began to process my mothers request. She put the withdrawal request through the money counter twice . I saw a transaction receipt in the tellers hand , but she did not include it with the funds. Please make sure your loved ones are not giving out account information to anyone including tellers at banks. And they are leaving with all receipts for transactions. I have never had an experience like this at Bank of America and was very disappointed to see it happening.

  I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, but this location is just super unorganized, their teller service is constantly down, and when you come to do a deposit believe you’ll be here in line for over 20 minutes because they only have 1 teller on, which let me not mention this individual is SUPER slow. Horrible.

  The supervisor in the morning and the employees They are arrogant and despotic, believing themselves to be better than others just because they work there. they always make excuses and do not solvethe problem . I have been more than three occasions that that I had to go to this location it never given solution but if I go to other location of BANK OF AMERICA they help me and solve my problem. The worst customer service ever .
