::I toured here because it is very close to my home. The spot seemed nice enough. After touring the WAC and Rainer Club I realized this spot was charging way more than either of those two clubs for MUCH less (no restaurant, no hotel, not as good a gym). They told me they are willing to work with people though on stuff as long as you don't take advantage of them. I told them we'd like to join because of location but I brought up the price difference and asked if they could match pricing. They said no. Perhaps I've bought one too many used cars but I listen to what people are willing to do and not say. I would highly recommend staying away from this place until their rates come down. Also if you look on google you'll see that all recent reviews have been very negative indicating my experience is not alone. If you want a top level club check out Rainer or WAC.

::Wow, how far this place has fallen. It is SERIOUS disrepair. The women's locker room is filthy and the staff is ill-prepared to hear anything, let a alone fix anything. Machines remain broken for long periods of time The staff I spoke with say the manager, Rob, and the operations woman, Sam, rule by terror - bring up an issue and you are as likely to be fired as anything else. The sad part was this used to be a good place, with an engaged, able staff.

::I’m extremely disappointed! Perhaps management should instruct the front desk about customer service and how to greet and assist possible new members. Being exclusive doesn’t mean being snobby. Maybe some information at the front desk would have been helpful, but all I got was “you can try emailing someone and they will give you all the information you need.” No, thank you! I’m taking my business elsewhere.

::These people are so snooty it’s unbelievable. It’s like they don’t want new members. I went yesterday to try the club and sign up for membership. They told me membership is closed and to come on Monday by 7pm, walk-in and appts are welcome. I called today at 6:25pm just to double check. And they told me ‘The best way to get a tour is to email them’. When I interrogated a little ‘Amanda’ told me that the membership person is actually leaving early today. And that we should get an appointment if we want a tour. I’m trying to get membership not an appointment for a root canal!! Anyway I’m sure these people are overloaded with members and don’t need new ones. Never going back and don’t recommend anybody else too either!
