  Worste experience ever waited 3 hours for oil change just walked out didnt even get the oil.change

  Outstanding customer service!!!!! Ron, Jamos and Deven went above and beyond!! They helped my son and I with an uncertain situation and turned it into a confident experience with their knowledge of tires. It was late Saturday evening and they knew exactly what to do, explained everything and did the work FAST!!! They are a true asset for Sears Auto. Thanks again for your time and help and for being so wonderful!

  This place is the worst. incompetent staff .They do not know the meaning of customer service . I will never bring my car there again . They do not know how to treat customers who have been loyal to them.

  Had 4 tires installed,battery installed,alignment,oil change in less than 2 hours.Nora very helpful.Received all necessary discounts.Best prices around.Good crew. Greg

  I was hesitant about coming to Sears tire center since i read all the negative reviews but after my tire blew out on the highway and it was the only place open i had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised. Eugene was very helpful and even though it was close to closing, he helped us pick out tires, asked the techs to stay to change the tires and they did, and were here waiting after closing for my 4 new tires to be put on. Thank you guys.
