  I would never have sears check any of my appliances. EVER! they charge you a hefty amount of money for the tech to do nothing! He came to look at my kenmore water heater to push a button to turn it on and there was no repairs, and charge me over $200.00 dollars for his services. I WOULD NEVER EVER REACH OUT TO SEARS AGAIN!

  Randy was our serviceman.. Cannot say enough about his work, and proffessional demeanor.. Hope you have more service employees just like him!

  The repair service person was on time, personable, able to explain and fix the problem so that it shouldn't happen again.

  The serviceman who came to repair my dishwasher on January 5th at 10:00 am was so great. He showed up for the appointment right on time. He was extremely professional and friendly. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name.

  My refrigerator was out of commission for over 3 weeks. During that time I was lied to, hung up on and treated to some of the most unprofessional behavior. The off-shore call center is the worst. Later I find that this is a known problem. I have lost time & money. The once stellar customer service provided by Sears has fallen off greatly
