  There is a reason why this company has been doing so poorly as a franchise. Any experience I have had with Sears has been dismal. The store is overpriced and offers poor selections, but the customer service is good. I would heavily advise against using any of their online services, specifically anything where they fix appliances. Not only did they not fix my refrigerator, which they claimed they did, but my food spoiled and my family members became sick. Maybe look into Geek Squad from Best Buy, or PC Richards. Much better companies.

  Ordered a washer and dryer where the doors open from the left side and received the washer opening from the right side. Spent $2850. Sales person put the order through twice to confirm that it opened from the left side. Obviously he did this incorrectly. Extremely disappointed as we don’t have space for the unit to open on the right side. Now stuck with no washer and dryer to wash my newborns clothes. I will be heading back to the store to have this item replaced and sears WILL be covering the cost of the installation. Andres the salesperson screwed up majorly! We will not be returning customers.

  Why is Sears not more successful? As they have ALL I needed today. One stop shopping at its best

  I already bought some clothes in this place, I liked it a lot. Only good brands

  Be watchful of their return policy. Very strict terms, unlike a lot of the other stores now a days. I enjoy their sales and and if you find the right salesperson, you'll find them eager to help. Some tend to run the other way and hide.
