  This is a beautiful store in my favorite Ridge Hill Mall in Yonkers. It may be a bit smaller than other Lord & Taylors in Westchester County; I truly do not know. But it has a gleaming main floor with a beautiful.cosmetics counter array, and lovely sales people who are ready to.help you. The only problem with their cosmetic supply is that they do not carry the Nars Brand of cosmetics in this particular store, but they are located right next to a Sephora, so this is not a problem. Indeed, the location of this L&T is excellent, for they are down the street from a beautiful Apple Store, right next to Sephora and e.l.f., and across the street from Papyrus, a wonderful card store, and the Cheesecake factory.

  Nice clean store with friendly and helpful staff coming is organized and nearly placed on racks. Sized for small to large it helps knowing to check the back of the each for larger sizes. Dressing rooms were lit bright with mirrors and helpful staff looking to be sure all your needs are met

  The Lord and Taylor in in Ridgehill, Yonkers is a beautiful store filled with an ever dropping level of low end merchandise. There is no comparison to it's sister store in Scarsdale and I dare say that there is higher quality to be found at the TJ Maxx just down Market Street. The only advantage they had since they opened was cosmetics and ladies shoes. But now even those departments have suffered an exodus of quality brand's. Plus, when quality leaves a store so do customers and soon after that...staff and customer service...You know what happens next. It's sad, this store had such promise. If you can get there, try Lord and Taylor in Scarsdale, it's worth the trip.

  Today I had the worse day of my life in this facility they have no respect. They also do not honor those who come by everyday and buy a lot of merchandise when we can easily go else where... They are just a bunch of workers waiting for the day to go by and not trying to help u have a great shopping experience so If that’s what you’re looking for come here if not do not come here!! I personally will never go back after today. It has lost all its luxury and class!!
