::I have had really bad experience with them before, specifically online order pickup. I stopped going there. Unfortunately, went there again last night, hoping it might have improved by now. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Wasted at least 45 mins, finally threw my receipts there, left the items and walked away. Manager still hasnt contacted me yet. They had the wrong item picked up for me. John was the kid trying to help me in online order pickup. I told him, he said he wont be able to find the right item fast. I was in a rush, my kids were in the vehicle outside with my wife, heading to a dinner. He suggested I should just return it, and will get my payment as well as points. I went ahead and returned the items. After that, he told me that I have to go to the other side of the store to claim the money and points. I was pissed, however; went to the other side, where the lady told me that she needs some additional information which is not in the paperwork he gave me, and that I will not get the points back. I was frustrated, came back to John, asked him to just give me the items and let me know. Then he told me he cant get me the items either. Asked him for the store manager, which didnt respond to his page. Waited for few more mins, asked him to let the store manager know and ask her to call me and let me know what to do. I had to leave. Its been about a day, no call back yet. WORST SERVICE.... HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST WITH THIS PARTICULAR STORE LOCATION. I love the fact that the young kid is trying hard, and people are working hard to earn their living, but the management should have the right processes/ checks in place. I would really blame the store manager.... its been going on for a while, and he/ she has not been able to get it back on track.
