  Bought a ring in the fine jewelry department, the cashier scanned it and forgot to put it in my shopping bag with my other items. I noticed right when I got home and called 10 times to the department to see if they could keep it for me, they did not answer my calls and forwarded some of them. Such a bad experience, out of all the times I have shopped at Sears this one has to be worse. Now I can only hope tomorrow I go and my ring is where the cashier left it, if not a full refund.

  Ordered a part for a broken washer with 2 day shipping. Three days later they hadn't even shipped the part, called them and they shipped it a day later. When the part arrived it was someone else's order. This has happened twice. Their only solution was to just give us the $11 back. 2 weeks later and our washer is still broken. This is a terrible company, I will never do business with them again.

  Worst company ever. It's no wonder they are closing. Sears failure in every level and they outsource the "loyalty" Dept to India. Never buy from Sears. Lies, service dept is awful too. Sears needs to go away

  I should have read Sears return policy. My bad. But it will be my last time I shop at Sears for hand tools. Spent hundreds here on tools in the past, no more. Can't stay afloat with the old 30-day policy anymore Sears. Home Depot it is and has a great return policy.

  This store has become so bad . Nobody wants to help. They just want to stand around in there own little world pretend they don't see you. Except for the Driving school. Their teachers had a lot of patience with my daughter. The rest of store including automotive is terrible.
