::Negative 10 rating should be an option. My dad has been talking for YEARS now about how dumb this specific Sears location is, but my mom and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. My mom and I purchased a vacuum here. It was defective, so we returned it. They exchanged it for ANOTHER defective vacuum. So we returned it...again. But this time, we were told by Crystal (manager) that you can only return one defective item once, and that the SECOND time it's defective, they can't do anything about it. So basically it's your problem, even if they sell you two defective items. We feel this is incredibly deceitful. And this is NO WAY to treat your clients. They got our money, and in return, we got nothing. And by nothing, I mean: two defective vacuums. Unacceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves. It is no wonder they are going out of business!

::They could get zero star from the lower floor, I went to buy a vacuum, no one at the check out counter, I walked to the first guy that I saw him around the laundry machine he pointed to the other guy and said go to him so I walked to the second guy and this guy said 'I am busy right now' and pointed the finger back to the first guy and tell me to walked back to him. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT NICE AT ALL. REQUIRE BETTER SERVICES FOR THIS STORE!!!!!

::Called for basic help with an appliance, was put on hold, transferred without warning, the guy came on and acted like I should know to re-explain my issue then tells me to download the manual instead of just a basic 2 min walk through. Unimpressed. I wouldn't have called if I hadn't already tried to find the manual online.
