  This is my favorite Marshall's store; its cashiers are extremely friendly and polite. The merchandise is divided clearly and neatly, that means I can always find what I'm looking for and even what I didn't know I should have. I never leave empty handed. I love their gourmet food section and the newest furniture section, too.

  The marshals was okay for some items I'm a big guy so they never have 2x or 3x and they never have 12 size foot it's always 13 for shoes and sneakers forget your products not bad bathroom products not bad am I book it's okay

  This is a negative 1 star rating. Customer service in this store does not exist. I was in here today with my husband and not only did it seem like we were being followed and stared at, but when we went to cash out the lady at the register who should have cashed us out just stood there staring at us. The young man behind the counter who was busy at the time finally turned around to us still waiting and he said I can help whose next. It was when we stepped up to his register when she called on the next person. we kept our composure while waiting on a price check for a $40.00 pair of shoes that the tag was supposidly not there (it was attached to the shoe and inside the shoe the whole time) and cashed out peacefully. I was very polite and used my manners the whole time while they did not really speak to us but she spoke to him in creole telling him to suspend our transaction and make us stand to the side (in which my husband could understand what she was saying the young man). When we walked out of the store my husband confirmed to me that my instinct was right. He was very angry and offened that the lady didn't want to and purposely did not cash us out because we are an interracial couple. And with facial expressions she was giving him it was clear she did not approve of him being with me because I am Caucasian. Sad people let their ignorant opinions get in the way of doing the job. Don't be in the customer service industry if you don't have customer service skills.
