  A location I hadn't been to before. Spacious, clean and with friendly staff.

  The guy who took my order didn't know what the hell he was taking down, nor did he give me a straight answer when I asked what came on a sandwich. Got home to find a sandwich I couldn't eat, so I went back to speak to someone who told me my sandwich was indeed correct, and got home again to find out my girlfriend's sandwich was also incorrect. Clearly the staff is incompetent and can't make a sandwich or use their ears. Id rather go to Subway.

  Not the Schlotzsky's that it once was. They once had melted cheese in their toasted sourdough bread. They also gave you more meat on their famous original sandwich too. If it were not for their bread that no one else seems to be able to duplicate then I would just throw in the towel on this place.

  Pleasant and great staff especially the cashier. Had just left another fast food restaurant with a bad customer service (Popeyes Chicken manager was awful) but the young lady was so helpful and her attitude was awesome. Had to tip,proud to see young people trying to make a honest living, that could talk them far in life. Hats off to your night cashier on Saturday, beautiful young lady🎉
