::Every time I go into the Santander I get this older lady and she is always so nice and we always end up in these nice long conversation about Florida which is where I relocated from. there is never a line when i go always in and out.

::Very disappointing. Consistently received incorrect information from the banker with whom I was working. Promises regarding money-hold and wire transfers was inaccurate. Specifically inquired about potential offers for the two new accounts for an individual relocating to the area. I was told there was not, only to receive in the mail an offer for $400. The banker volunteered (I did not ask) that he would contact me in two weeks. He did not follow through, nor respond to my message five weeks later. New checks were promised within ten business days; still have not received five weeks later. Rather than waiting any long, I closed both accounts.

::Talk about no support. I went here because they told me to go to the bank where I opened up my account. So I followed what the banker told me only to be met with a banker with the worst customer service skills I've ever seen in my life. Never mind the fact that he never accomplished what I asked him for when we left the room(in a bad note) he called me back in. Not to aid me but to try to insult me, you're at work please have a level of professionalism. I didn't report him because I didn't want anyone to loose a job for acting stupid on a bad day,but this led me to write the review they deserved on sites alike this. To create an awareness of what's to come at the bank.
