::Tori was great help to myself and family however the branch manager is very unprofessional and picks and chooses when she wants to service people I recommend tori becoming the branch manager not a young lady who cannot speak to people appropriately

::I am a longstanding customer and I came in for a statement that my account had been paid in full. The service associates did not know what they were doing. One asked the other for advise, but then told me I had to go online and wait 4 business days. I told her that was too long and I need a statement today. She said sorry she cannot help, I asked to speak to someone else and she directed me to wait in front of the assistant manager's office. The assistant manager was on a conference call, but emailed a link to the service associate to share with me, the same 4 day waiting period. As the service associate is telling me this she is closing the assistant manager's office door so I do not disturb her. I left because they could not help me. The customer service is terrible I did not even feel like a customer and I was not given adequate time and assistance from the manager. Her conference call was more important. I went to another Eastern Bank branch and they were able to help me with the statement I needed, they gave me the letter in my hand today, signed. The other branch was attentive to my needs and helped me right away. I left feeling like I was valued as a customer and as I walked out they said congratulations (I had paid off of loan). They were very thoughtful and nice, a service experience I did not get at the first branch. TERRIBLE SERVICE AT TREMONT ST BRANCH. Not up to par. Didn't care enough to pay close enough attention to what I needed to try to help me.
