  This is a tourist must for everyone visiting Frisco! BUT, this operation is run by a bunch of amatures who have no concern for customer satisfaction or efficientcy. At 10min intervals with 20-30 passengers per trip some people wait in line for over an hour, most wait 40mins. How can this happen? Because they don’t care. At $14 for a round trip ( cost is just OK ) you will waste approximately 90mins waiting. Come on SFMTA improve your game. Adjust the timetable to cater to the crowds. BIG IMPROVEMENT NEEDED.

  I've recently moved to the city and while the transport is fairly reliable, the majority of the employees are rude and careless. My second time being on a bus I had a bus driver take off before an elderly man had gotten seated and he fell, the driver didn't say or do anything to help him it was obvious that the man was in pain. A week into my move of the city and again another driver who not only didn't obey traffic laws, ie. turning on the wrong side of the street on a red light, not stopping at stop signs, speeding, but was incredibly rude when asked to slow down by a mother with a small child. My most recent experience just yesterday in fact has led me to think rudeness is common place with the employees here, was when I dealt with one of the muni officers who was not only disrespectful but but is apparently unaware that people could've just moved to this city from a place that has no public transportation.

  Terrible experience of riding a trolley. I know streets are steep and schedules tight but I had an experience similar to a bag of potatoes carried on back of a truck. Trolleys carry passengers not potatoes! After I stood on stairs of the trolley the driver suddenly closed the door and moved down the street. I almost felt out through the front window and lost all coins from my wallet. When I finally stabilized myself and dropped $20 into the ticket machine, it turned out that the machine does not return money! I asked the driver what can I do but instead I got an abrupt answer "nothing I can do". I mean it's 21st century and SF public transport does not even have modern ticket machines. Come on!

  Done in less than 15 minutes. I've been to the DMV and Courthouse in the past month and this was a breath of fresh air. Close to the muni, fast, friendly and simple. Got my parking permit and can now sleep in past 10am! ;-) Hint: they only need to see your registration and insurance, not keep it - I made a bunch of photocopies for no reason.
