  Russett's quoted a slightly higher price than another company to replace both our 21 year old A/C and heating units. We went with them on a recommendation. The installation went great. Quick, efficient and very tidy. Both units are working extremely will. I highly recommend them.

  AC stopped working on a very humid day. I called Russet and they were able to send a technician out that day while other companies asked me to wait. The Tech was able to diagnose and correct the issue promptly. The response was fast and the price very fair!. It's not the cost that impressed me even though it was fair, it was the positive attitude, friendliness and caring of all of the staff I was in contact with that was impressive. Good job Russett, and thanks!

  Russett has been our go to place for several years. Twice (different houses) they have installed and serviced our units and always provide quality service. We highly recommend them.

  i didnt have any service from them and probably never will after today. one of there drivers had cut me off in traffic with no signal of turning and plus there was no room between me and the car in front of me on my way home from work while i had my 9 month in the back seat. i had followed him in to the gas station to confront him he had tried telling me that he had his blinker on and i should have stopped when i know he didnt when he cut me off that was the first thing looked at and second he came from behind so how am i suppose to see that right before he turned in front of me. after confronting him he continued to argue instead of apologizing and be professional about it and to top it off he went back to his buddies and were fist bumping as if it was ok and that he got away with something. when i called the company they asked for his license plate so i pulled behind him to get it he got in his van and backed up as if he was gonna hit me and kept moving towards me even after i had already told him son was in the back seat. i dont feel like i got the respected especially since i was wearing my ABUs.

  Russert Southwest Corp. Was very professional from the time I called to the time I had my furnace working was less than 3 hours. Marty was very efficient and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend Russert Southwest Corp. to my family and friends.
