  We contacted ICT because they were recommended by a friend who had them design and build their Office. They came by few days after for a consultation and was super nice while chatted with us and recorded our crazy list of likes and dislikes. It only took them a few days to come up with plans and a quote. ICT came in around the mid-point in terms of pricing so we went ahead for the build. They did fantastic job building our restaurant. We are very satisfied with the final result. Thanks to the professional crews, the project was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend ICT to all.

  We had a substantial 10-week+ renovation that involved, among other things, moving the kitchen to the family room and vice versa and eliminating the wall in between; updating 3 bathrooms; new skylights; hardwood flooring throughout; new lighting throughout, new paint throughout etc. Ron and his team (Chad Jorgenson especially) started on time (October 15th), finished on time (they told us they would get us back into our home in time for the holidays and they did - December 21st), cleaned up without fail everyday, were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with. The work they delivered was high quality and high performance. The follow-up service and support was fantastic. Months later, Ron gave us a heads-up on an energy rebate program that returned us thousands of dollars. I would recommend Ron and his team without hesitation.
