  I think this guy is rude, unprofessional, and not careful! Had a friend who had his and his neighbors house treated by this guy 14 months ago as whole houses. The termites never died and are worse. The guy comes back out, sees a chip in the post tension concrete on garage and says there must be a crack. Then he goes on to say that it's ok for him to drill a post tension home even know there is risk of snapping a tension line hence cracking the slab. He said he's the 20 year exp termite guru and he knows everything. Don't use this guy. He will rip you off and pull your chain with a bunch of lies. You never should drill through post tension unless it has been X-ray image scanned first which is expensive!!!
