::Our wash machine broke right in the middle of washing clothes and we called ACA Appliance Repair 12-16-17==Saturday 6pm. Rick answered the phone and came down in about an hour and fixed our wash machine and saved the day for both of us. It was fast and professional service and the price was Reasonable too. We then used ACA Appliance Service again on Tuesday January 9th to fix our Refrigerator door that was not closing properly, Not only did Rick come out and fix the Frig door but when he moved the Refrigerator there was piles of dust and dirt that had gathered there over the years and Rick grabbed some papper towels and cleaned that up very nice, What a professional great guy, we will use ACA Appliance Services again.

::While quick to answer and show up, thats all that was good. Despite asking if they service LG on the phone, after showing up they continued to tell us how we needed to support american brands because these LG's just can be fixed most the time. He took off the back panel, and said 'yep, this is a sealed system, cant do anything'. Still charged $65, didn't put the fridge back together, and left the fridge out in the way. If you know you can't/won't fix an LG why still come and bill be anyway?

::Called to ask for service on a fridge and asked if they service our area. Conversation literally consisted of some man answering the phone to say Appliance repair, I asked if they serviced our area, they said no and hung up. Thankfully they don't service my area because I can only imagine what it would have been like actually having to deal with them fixing my appliance.

::Rick is awesome. He has fixed 3 appliances for us so far, refrigerator, dryer and washer. He is always on time, fixes things quickly, and his prices are always fair! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for appliance repair!

::My fridge decided to stop cooling after a Costco run. I was stressing about losing all the new (BULK) food packed in there. Called Rick, he said he could come out by 3p and was here on time and had cool air was flowing by 3:30p. I got a lesson on how my fridge/freezer works in Rick's no nonsense manner, which I'm sure will help me in the future. Rick was quick to arrive, on time, used better than OEM parts (as he told me) and the price was fine. One important note: after everything was working Rick left, then he came back 10 minutes later to check one more thing he "thought about." That's impressive. I was happy with Rick and my repair last weekend.
