  I dropped off a winter coat for cleaning last year and totally forgot about it FOR A YEAR. I know, I know. But when winter started back up again and I finally realized where my coat was the staff found it without a ticket and were so kind to me and not at all rude or judgmental. Two thumbs up.

  UPDATE: My jeans are missing. Instead of checking to see if they were around somewhere, they said I never took jeans. They'll overcharge you and steal your clothes too.

  Customer phone etiquette is extremely lacking. If I could give a minus 5, I would. I Am appalled at the gentlemen who answered the phone then hung up on stating he was too busy when I called to inquire about my jacket. This place will never see my business again. A customer over the phone deserves the same treatment and courtesy as anyone in the store!

  Owner doesn't claim responsibility for anything. He is rude, rolls his eyes when you speak to him. It's like a bad Seinfeld skit.
