  Despite the review's i am new here and close to neighbour so i gave them a try what the heck right.... i would have to say they were very nice and neat and so far so good.

  After reading the reviews, I was skeptical, but decided to give them a try. Yeah... just don't. First, I was quoted $104 (I had a fair amount to clean), and then was charged $123 because "they forgot about a hat." Fine- I can understand that I suppose, except $20 for a hat that was still horribly stained seemed like a lot. When I took all of my clothes out, every single stain was still there. We're not talking big, dark stains either; little, light ones that are just in obvious places. So now I get to pay someone else to get the stains out of three dresses and a skirt. Complete waste of money. As it turns out, you probably should listen to reviews.

  I used this cleaner out of convenience as I live in the neighborhood, even though their prices are very high. One of my dresses came back bleached, but only in some spots. The owner (Tim) had no explanation for why this happened. I told him I wanted to be compensated for the dress and that I wouldn't be able to use Royal Cleaners for my family's dry cleaning needs any longer. His only offer was to give me $200 in store credit, which obviously would not work if I never plan to go there again. Horrible customer service and clearly not very good at dry cleaning. Although it is convenient, I would not recommend anyone use this cleaner. In addition, when I was waiting to get my bleached dress back, a gentleman was in the store and they had lost his shirt. Really unreliable cleaners.

  Terrible job. I have had my clothes dry-cleaned many times, and this is the worst experience. I had a few simple stains that have been removed at every other cleaners, and not a single stain was removed from my shirts. I was still charged for each shirt. I would not recommend.
