  I recently moved to a different part of town, and needed a new dry cleaner. Dry cleaning itself was fine, but they lost my bag and I got a “sorry about your luck” response. Thumbs down, there’s better customer service in town with better prices.

  They've provided me with great work for years, removing stains that I thought would be impossible to rid of. As long as I live somewhat close to them (within 15 minutes) I'll be there.

  I'm a personal assistant - I do a lot of dry cleaning and have tried quite a few places around town. This place is the very best, both for quality and service! Highly recommend their Elliston location, but imagine the main locale is just as good. (Note - this review covers cleaning only, not alterations.)

  Great service and somehow they always know me by name. I won't take my clothes anywhere else now.

  Their seamstress measured me wrong for my custom wedding dress (designer was in a other state) so when my wedding dress arrived it was 5" too long (it was true to the measurements he provided). So when I took it in to PAY them to alter my wedding dress, they cut it in half ruining the single paneled scallop lace back. The dress had to be completely remade 2 weeks before my wedding costing me THOUSANDS of dollars. The owner refused to apologize and offered me $400 which I was forced to accept or I would not have been able to afford to have the dress remade in such short notice. I had to cancel entertainment at my reception to afford the 2nd dress and told her this. She didn't care at all. She states i should let her sew a single transparent lace panel back together and tolerate having a giant seam down the back of my wedding dress! Yes, just what I had in mind when I paid thousands of dollars to have a custom wedding dress made. NEVER trust them with your precious garments. We all make mistakes but when we do we should admit it and make things right. As a local East Nashvillian that has resided here for 12 years, this business has lost more sales than they would have spent covering their mistake already.
