  I thought they were incredibly over priced but had great customer service. I'm annoyed though because I bought shoe insoles from them and looked online later on their own webpage and they charged more in-store than listed online. Also looked at REI later and even they were cheaper.

  Great local place! Staff was cognizant of inventory, courteous and considerate. Great service and great shoes! It should be noted that I was dressed like a bag lady today (no shower, yoga pants, a two year old and attendant bags!) and everyone was very helpful. Very classy place indeed.

  I've now been in here twice, and that's enough. Both times, I was on my lunch hour and really wanted to buy a pair of Birkies or Earth Shoes. While my work allows me to wear casual shirts and khakis, that's apparently not good enough to be noticed by the employees at this location. Both times, I've seen at least one employee who was not helping a customer not only NOT greet me, but then go on to help the next person that came in to the store, both times which were dressed a bit fancier than I was. Even when finished, they couldn't be bothered to ask if I wanted any help or were looking for anything in particular. Fine. Keep your attitude, I'll keep my money and drop $100+ on shoes somewhere else.
